Houston sellers are blinking. 2 active listings cut their asking price, totaling $34,500 shaved off original asks.

The largest percentage cut: 8930 Etta, now $199,500 after a 11.3% reduction from $225,000.

Most of the cuts came from the mid-market, where buyers have been waiting out high asks.

For buyers, these are leverage points. sellers who've already adjusted once are more likely to adjust again at the negotiating table.
