The largest percentage cut: TBD Carlotta, now $25,000 after a 16.7% reduction from $30,000. The biggest dollar cut went to 1551 County Road 318. $63,500 off the original ask.
Most of the cuts came from the mid-market, where buyers have been waiting out high asks. Geographically, Santa Fe Village leads. 3 of the 12 cuts came from there.
